We do not provide refunds. If you are not happy with an item you have received, we will issue you with store credit but below terms must apply: 


• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt in its original condition. 

• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and returned in the original garment bag or packaging. 

• Merchandise must have all tags, including attached hangtags. 



Exchanges & Store Credit 


We can not provide exchanges at this time, because we do not carry inventory; however, you are welcome to return the item for online store credit provided your item meets the terms above. Online store Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to another person or account. Online store credits on sale items will be credited for the purchase price only. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.


We use US postal priority service - it can take up to 3 business days to deliver.



All products will be shipped based on the designer’s shipping schedule under the item. Our goal is to ship all items out within 10-14 business days, however some items are made custom.
